A service commitment is created only when PencodIT confirms the scope and commercial terms in writing.
Advertising spend, taxes, licences, domains, hosting, third-party subscriptions, payment-gateway fees, content production, travel, and work outside an agreed scope may be charged separately unless expressly included in writing.

5. Proposals, payments, and changes
Quotes are valid only for the period stated in the proposal. Deposits, milestones, taxes, late-payment rules, cancellation terms, and refund eligibility are governed by the applicable written project document. Unless agreed otherwise, additional features, revisions beyond the included allowance, urgent work, maintenance, and support are billable changes and require approval.
6. Intellectual property
PencodIT and its licensors retain ownership of the website, brand assets, reusable tools, know-how, templates, libraries, pre-existing code, and general development components. Ownership or licence rights for custom project deliverables will be stated in the applicable written agreement and may depend on full payment.
You retain rights in materials you provide. You grant us the limited permission needed to host, copy, modify, test, and otherwise use those materials to evaluate an enquiry and perform agreed services.
7. Third-party services
Projects and this website may rely on third-party platforms, APIs, plugins, hosting, payment providers, social networks, app stores, open-source software, or communication services. Their availability, pricing, policies, approvals, and changes are outside our control. Your use of them may require acceptance of separate terms and fees.
